Open the email with the subject Reset Password Notification and click Reset Password.
Click Reset PW and confirm Send a password reset email to this employee?
If you open it again, you'll see This account is already active — sign in with your password, or use "Forgot Password".
Use Forgot password (below), or ask your administrator for a password reset
There's no screen yet for changing an administrator's own sign-in email.

After you change the email, the employee signs in with the new address and their existing password.
Use Forgot password.
If the page sends you to sign-in, nothing is lost except the unsent answers.
Password resets with a shared email: A Forgot password email may reset your account at a different organization than the one you meant.

If their link expired or they lost the email, click Reset PW instead.
Your organization's administrator can resend invitations, send password resets, reactivate your account and assign training, often faster than we can.
Each row has View, Edit, Assign, and either Send Invite (not invited yet) or Reset PW (already invited).
