Sign in to HIPAA Certify

Sign in#

1. Go to your organization's login page (see Find your organization's login URL) or hipaacertify.com/login.
2. Enter your Email Address and Password.
3. Check Remember me if this is your own device.
4. Click Log In.

Where you land depends on your account:

• Employees go to My Training Dashboard.
• Administrators and managers go to the admin Dashboard. If your organization doesn't have an active plan, you're taken to Billing instead.

Note

First time? Employees don't create their own accounts. Your administrator adds you and sends an invitation email, and you set your password from the link in that email. See Your first sign-in as an employee.

Tip

Bought a course for yourself? Individual courses don't use a password. Go to hipaacertify.com/solo/access to get a sign-in link by email. See Get a sign-in link for your individual course.

Sign out#

• Employees: click Logout at the top right.
• Administrators and managers: click the log-out icon next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar.

If you didn't check Remember me, closing your browser also signs you out.
