Get a sign-in link for your individual course
Individual courses don't use passwords. Request an access link by email whenever you want to sign in.

Get a link#
- Go to hipaacertify.com/solo/access. The login page also has an Access your training → link.
- Enter the email address you used when you bought the course.
- Click Send Access Link.
- Open the email titled Access Your HIPAA Training and click Access My Training.
- On the Confirm Access page, click Continue to My Training.
How links work#
- Each link works once and expires after 24 hours.
- Requesting a new link turns off older unused links. Always use the newest email.
- You'll be asked for a new link after about 8 hours signed in, or sooner if you close your browser.
- You can request up to 5 links per hour.
Messages you might see#

| This link has expired. | It's older than 24 hours, or a newer link replaced it. Request a new link. |
| Too many requests. Please try again in … seconds. | Wait, then try again. |
NoteThe page always says Check Your Email, even if the address you entered doesn't match a purchase. This protects your privacy. If nothing arrives, try the other email addresses you might have used, and check spam. See Not receiving emails from HIPAA Certify.
