You belong to more than one organization

Many healthcare workers train for more than one employer or agency. HIPAA Certify keeps a separate account for each organization, even with the same email address. Each account has its own password, trainings and certificates.

Sign in to a specific organization#

The easiest way is to use that organization's own login page. It's in your invitation email as Your Login URL, and it looks like hipaacertify.com/org/organization-name/login.

If you use the general page at hipaacertify.com/login, you'll see Select Organization after entering your email and password. Click the organization you want, then enter your email and password again on its page.

Good to know#

• Training you complete in one organization doesn't show up in the other. Each employer tracks its own assignments.
• Use the setup link from each organization's invitation email to set that account's password.

Warning

Password resets with a shared email: A Forgot password email may reset your account at a different organization than the one you meant. If the new password doesn't work on the organization you need, contact support and tell us both organization names.
