People who haven't been invited show an Invite Not Sent badge on the Employees page.
If you see Send Invite instead, they haven't been invited yet, so click that.
Check the boxes next to them on the Employees page, click Remove Selected, then Remove Employees.
No invitation sent yet — use Send Invite when you're ready.
Send Invites: invites anyone not yet invited and skips the rest.
When you're ready, click Send All Invites on the Employees page.
Go to Employees and click Edit next to the person.
One row per employee: Name, Email, Department, Trainings Assigned, Trainings Completed, Training Status, Account Status, Invited, Last Login.
If an employee's invitation has expired:
Invite a manager
send_invites: emails the "set up your password" invitation to new, restored or reactivated people who were never invited.
Reminders are skipped for anyone reminded in the last 24 hours and for employees who haven't been invited yet (send their invitation from Employees first).
Training is assigned to an invited employee
Invited employees get New HIPAA Training Assigned - Action Required right away, with the due date and a sign-in button.
