Plans, pricing and subscribing
The three monthly plans, what's included, and how to subscribe with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Every plan includes the full course library, completion certificates and audit-ready CSV exports. Plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars. There's no long-term contract and no free trial.
Subscribe#
- Click Billing in the sidebar. New accounts are taken there automatically after email verification.
- Under Choose Your Plan, click Subscribe Now on a plan. The plan that fits your current number of employees is marked Recommended.
- In Complete Your Subscription, pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, or enter a card.
- Click Subscribe Now.
You'll see You're All Set! and receive a confirmation email. You can now assign training.
NoteWithout an active plan, the admin pages take you to Billing. Employees can still sign in and keep working on training they already have.
Not sure which plan?#
Choose the plan for the number of employees you'll train in the next few months. You can upgrade any time, and upgrades take effect immediately. Managers and the account owner don't count toward the limit. See Employee limits.
Free for qualifying U.S. universities and research institutions. See Free program for universities.
