Your organization's administrator can resend invitations, send password resets, reactivate your account and assign training, often faster than we can.
Add a manager to help run training
They get an email titled You've Been Invited to Administer [your organization] on HIPAA Certify with a Set Up Your Password button.
Find, filter and update employees in bulk
Each row has View, Edit, Assign, and either Send Invite (not invited yet) or Reset PW (already invited).

Remove an employee (and bring them back)
Then click Reset PW (or Send Invite) so they can set a new password.
