How long certificates are valid
Certificates are valid for one year from completion. Here's how to see expiration dates and renew.

Certificates are valid for one year from the day the training was completed. The date is printed as Valid Through on the certificate.
Where to see the date#
- Employees: Certificates shows Expires: or Expired: on each certificate, with a VALID or EXPIRED badge.
- Administrators: Reports shows Valid Until for every completion. Dates within 30 days are highlighted.
Renewing#
When a certificate is close to expiring, the administrator assigns the course again. Finishing it creates a new certificate with a new one-year date. See Assign annual refresher training.
