What if an employee fails a quiz?

Employees need 80% to pass each section quiz. If they don't pass, they can retake it immediately — unlimited attempts until they get it right.

Do employees receive a certificate?

Yes! Upon completing all sections and passing the quizzes, employees receive a certificate with their name, completion date, and a unique certificate number.

Can I export reports for auditors?

Absolutely. Export a CSV file with employee names, training completion dates, and certificate numbers. It's exactly what auditors ask for.

How does billing work?
